The Ultimate Parabolic Float is the perfect rod for float fishing or for fishing with floating bait! This 3-piece rod has a length of 360cm (12ft) or 390cm (13ft) and a test curve of 1.5 lbs. The rod is very well balanced and the parabolic action perfectly absorbs the runs of strong carp, tench and bream while still having enough backbone to be able to control a big fish. Nice light rod. Bought it for surface fishing. Like to fish in water with heavy vegetation and obstacles. Then you need braid and a smooth rod. Then you notice that the small eyelets are a disadvantage because the braid often gets stuck behind them. Will only use it with nylon and for occasional pinning. If the rod had some coarser eyes it was more to my liking.
