Items got held back at sorting office for some reason, emailed for some help asking where the items are due it going over the 2-5 days delivery (9 days) untill items actually got to me, I must say was no help at all saying it’s still within the time frame when it was actually way over the 5 days delivery, it’s put me off ordering off fishdeal in the future I’ll be using the likes of tobder manor for future items.
